About the assignment We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator for an assignment with our client in Umeå. The assignment starts immediately and lasts until March 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. The work is full-time and will be performed on-site at our client's location during office hours.

Your tasks

As an administrator, you will handle simpler cases such as damages and possibly mechanical goals. A supervisor will be available for most of the working hours.

Examples of tasks:

  • Administer information dispatches in damage cases

  • Handle mechanical goals in the client's case management system

  • Perform other administrative tasks of a simpler nature

Your qualifications

  • Basic higher education eligibility (approved high school diploma)

  • Studying in a relevant higher education program, or equivalent education. Alternatively, recently completed relevant higher education, or equivalent education

  • At least one (1) year of work experience in similar roles

  • Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form

  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

  • Experience using case management systems

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous and able to focus on similar tasks for an extended period. You also need to be confident in your digital skills and able to find details in documents.
